Hey guys! Today I am finally bringing you a what i eat in a week video as many of you guys requested it. being a student it is often very hard to stay fit and eat healthily, but I always like to try my best.
Of course, I have my bad days where disordered eating habits occur, but this is my way to recover and step out of my comfort zone.
To be honest, I was very hesitant in uploading this video because I was so afraid of people judging me eating too much, and it was very nerve-racking to edit this video because my brain was just constantly telling me some thoughts that nobody should have.
