When spring comes, it also means it’s time to lose weight. Today I will make three healthy recipes with instant oats for your breakfast, lunch and dessert, they are very simple. For me, it must be delicious even it is healthy food. So, the healthy foods I making today are delicious and relatively low calorie.

Smoothie bowl with instant oats

  • 200ml coconut water
  • 150g frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 80g frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp instant oats
  • decoration:
  • 20g blueberry
  • 60g mango
  • 1/2 kiwifruit
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tsp instant oats

Microwave mug muffin with cheese & ham

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 25g cake flour
  • 1 egg
  • 25g instant oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 50ml milk
  • 10g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • black pepper

Baked apple with instant oats

  • 1 tbsp instant oats
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • whipped cream
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
