Today I made egg dumplings stuffed with Mozzarella cheese and shepherd’s purse which should have appeared in 2019 New Year’s Eve Dinner, and I added some cheese chopped inside this time. It’s very simple, and the secret is in a big iron spoon. Then you just need more patience and practice. Hope you can get this skill and eat the golden egg dumpling as soon as possible.



  • 120g shepherd’s purse
  • 180g ground pork
  • 35g cheese chopped
  • pich of white pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp corn starch

Egg skin:

  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp water
  • 6 eggs
  • pinch of salt
